I built the bridge that Nalanda needed: taking the Yogācāra’s analysis of mind as the starting point and the Madhyamaka’s emptiness as the conclusion. Neither alone is sufficient. The Tattvasamgraha examines every philosophical position available in my era — Hindu, Buddhist, Jain — and finds each lacking in the same way.
