The rules relating to costs under Parts 44 to 47, costs orders, fixed costs, summary, provisional and detailed assessment, and the implications of qualified one-way costs shifting; the impact of legislation and litigation, the extent of the fixed-fee regime, costs budgeting and Precedent H, the effect of damages-based and conditional fee agreements; and the application of the principles of costs to a scenario, including when funding becomes an issue.
