The steps in preparing a case for trial, the listing questionnaire, witness attendance, trial bundles and skeleton arguments, and the procedure at trial under Part 39; the rules of civil evidence, especially hearsay and admissions under the Civil Evidence Acts 1968 and 1995 and Part 33; and the principle of costs at trial, the types of costs order under Part 44 and the procedure for assessment under Parts 45 to 47.
