The question

This module covers the three routes to dissolution under PA 1890 (automatic, by notice, by court), the distribution of assets under s44, the procedure when partners change (retirement, death, expulsion), and the effect of insolvency on each type of partnership. The closing exercise is a client scenario requiring practical advice on partnership termination.
