    The question

    Easements and management arrangements in transactions involving part of a larger title. You will study: Express grant and reservation of easements in a transfer of part; implied easements (necessity, common intention, s.62 LPA 1925, Wheeldon v Burrows); the need for a plan; access to neighbouring land.
