    The question

    What makes an agreement anti-competitive under Art 101 — and when does a dominant firm cross the line into abuse under Art 102? The module covers cartels, distribution agreements, block exemptions, the economic concepts of market definition and dominance, the categories of abuse from predatory pricing to margin squeezing, investigation procedures under Regulation 1/2003, and compensation for victims under Directive 2014/104.
