The module traces the treaty history from the 1951 Coal and Steel Community through Rome, Maastricht, and Lisbon to Brexit, the Withdrawal Agreement, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement, and the Windsor Framework, and examines the tension between supranational and intergovernmental governance.
