    The question

    What can and cannot cross an EU border freely — and on what grounds can a member state restrict movement? The module covers free movement of goods (from customs duties through Dassonville and Cassis de Dijon to Keck), free movement of people (the concept of worker, family rights, citizenship rights from Martinez Sala to Dano, recognition of qualifications), services and establishment, EU social policy (equal pay, equal treatment), and free movement under the Withdrawal Agreement.
