About this course

The points-based system for employment and self-employment in the UK. Classification of work-based routes from Global Talent through to Temporary Worker categories. The Skilled Worker category in detail: sponsorship, genuine vacancy, tradeable points, Health and Care visas. Family members of economic migrants and their derivative rights. The staged road to settlement — periods of leave, continuous residence, and the Knowledge of Life in the UK test. Recent changes including Global Business Mobility routes, the Graduate visa, and arrangements for Ukrainian nationals.
