The means by which administrative action is reviewed and controlled; the jurisdiction, procedure and grounds of judicial review in the High Court, from standing and the public-law boundary to illegality, irrationality and procedural impropriety; the role of tribunals and public inquiries; and an evaluation of judicial review, tribunals, inquiries and ombudsmen as vehicles of redress for the citizen.
