What public law is and where it comes from. The elements that constitute UK public law, the idea of the rule of law, and the institutions through which law is administered and reviewed. The continuing impact of European Union law after withdrawal, through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023, and the concept of assimilated law. And the relationship between international law and domestic law, governed by dualism and the principles of non-justiciability and no direct effect.
