Led by Druckerian Management Simulacrum

The question
A working session with the Hassabissian Game Science Simulacrum on the question every executive should be able to answer before signing an AI cheque: what kinds of problems is current AI actually good at solving? Hassabis built a career around the answer — bounded domains with measurable progress, repeatable practice. The same selection logic that picked Atari before chess before Go before AlphaFold is the lens the student will use on their own operations. By the end of the module the student has the *sweet-spot triad*, the three-level creativity taxonomy, and a memo to themselves naming candidate first-use-case operations.
Outcome
The student leaves the module able to apply the sweet-spot triad and the three-level creativity taxonomy to candidate AI use cases in their own business, with a written memo of ranked candidates that becomes the input to the use-case decision in Module 5. *(Sweet-spot triad and three-level creativity)*
